What should I review before signing a storage agreement?
Review identification requirements, payment terms, access procedures, lock requirements and prohibited items. Ask the facility to explain any unclear provision before move-in.
Can I rely on website guidance instead of the rental agreement?
Your signed rental agreement and facility policies govern the rental. Website guidance is a starting point; confirm requirements directly before storing your belongings.
